You may return uninstalled items up to 30 days after date of purchase.  Items returned after 30 days may be subject to a restocking fee.  Items must be returned in their original packaging and packaging must be in sellable condition.  The consumer is responsible for shipping costs of returned parts unless the part was shipped in error or defective when received from us.  All returns must be accompanied with a Returned Goods Authorization.  All parts must be returned by the 25th of the month in order to receive credit on that current month's billing statement.  Any returns received after the 25th of the month will appear on the following month's statement.



Non – Returnable Parts


Parts that have been modified, bolted on, plugged in, or show physical signs of use, any item that is returned without its original packaging.  Any returns sent without a Returned Goods Authorization will not be eligible for credit.  Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for credit.



Special Order Parts


Special Order Parts are parts not normally carried in our warehouse that have been special ordered just for you. Special Order Parts have a “SPECIAL ORDER” sticker on them and your invoice will be stamped “SPECIAL ORDER”. If you are returning these parts for new credit or core credit, please be aware that these parts must be returned as soon as possible and no later than 20 days after date of purchase.  After 20 days, credit will be denied due to Manufacturer’s restrictions.




Using the Returned Goods Authorization

If you use a Return Authorization provided by us and your return is not the result of our error or product defect, the shipping cost of the returned part will be the responsibility of the consumer.  Upon further review, a full credit will be given on the returned part.  If the return is a result of our error (the part you received is not the part you ordered, or the part is defective), we will incur standard shipping costs of the returned part.  Please note all returns must be accompanied with a Returned Goods Authorization.


Warranty Returns

Parts Pro Automotive Warehouse prides itself on carrying quality products.  Unfortunately, occasionally parts need to be returned for Warranty Credit.  We are happy to process these returns.  The following Manufacturer’s require specific paperwork for warranty return credit:

AC Delco                                           Delphi

A1 Cardone                                       Monroe

Wagner Brake  

In order to expedite these warranty returns and credits, please notify the Counterman at the time you are ordering parts for warranty replacement.  We will attach the appropriate paperwork and warranty cards to the outgoing invoice with the replacement part.  These requests can be made to 440-944-5099.

Please fill out the forms and cards completely and return them to Parts Pro with the warranty part.  Make certain you receive a Yellow RGA Core and Defect slip, as well, from the driver who picks up your return.  Please keep your copy of the RGA until you receive the warranty credit.  It may be needed for verification.


Shipping Policy

If your package does not arrive on the on-time delivery date from UPS, please contact us at 440-944-5099.  This may allow us to recover shipping charges for you.
