Parts Pro Automotive Warehouse is a wholesale
distributor of original equipment and automotive aftermarket parts to the
professional installer. Our primary customers consist of independent garages
and repair shops, as well as, dealerships, national chains and part stores and
tire dealers. We carry most major brands
of replacement parts for under hood and under car repairs, along with tires,
chemicals and exhaust.
Parts Pro Automotive Warehouse has been in
business since 1981. Originally the company was part of a franchise system with
Michael McPhee as the Sales Manager. In
1995, the current owners, Michael and Laura McPhee, purchased the business. At that time, they redesigned the Company to
better fit the constantly changing needs of their customers. Parts Pro has established a business plan
that has resulted in continued growth and expansion into new markets with a
wide variety of products and services which are updated continually to
accommodate the requirements of the professional installer.
The original location which houses the Main
warehouse and Office Headquarters is located in Wickliffe, Ohio. In 2000, the Mentor, Ohio location was added.
This made servicing our Eastside
customers more efficient and timely.
In 2002, the Middleburg Heights, Ohio
warehouse was opened to serve our Westside customers. The June 2004 opening of our Brooklyn Heights,
Ohio Distribution Warehouse conveniently accommodates the Cleveland Central Valley
area. Two additional locations located
in Lakewood and South Euclid, Ohio opened in September 2006. Our Akron, Ohio location opened in July
2008. Fall of 2009 saw the relocation of
our Lakewood store to Elyria, Ohio. Additionally,
our Brooklyn Heights distribution warehouse was moved to allow for a huge
warehouse expansion and restructuring.
In the spring of 2011, we added another warehouse to our distribution
network, located in Canton, Ohio. Each
additional location has helped Parts Pro to continue to grow and expand our
customer base, as well as, better serve our existing customers.
In the 30 years we have been in business, we
have determined that more important than parts or pricing is Customer Service. Parts at a fair price are available from many
sources, consistent customer service is not!
We realize that a great price is only a great price if customers have
the part in their inventory when they need it.
Our customers don’t want to wait and they shouldn’t have to!
